150 tonnes of plastic pellets from containers knocked off a ship and washed onto beaches of hong kong during the worst typhoon in the past 13 years. only a third of these potentially toxic plastic pellets has been cleaned up after almost two weeks of this accident. with the government’s lack of public notice and super slow action, hundreds of volunteers were cleaning up beaches before the other government departments start to act.香港膠災:南丫島東澳情況嚴重
