the Australian Capital Territory government would like to kill 1600 eastern greet kangaroos on 8 nature reserves to prevent overgrazing and protect some sensitive flora. some animal organizations states there is not scientific evidence to prove the reducing of kangaroo would help the environment. the problem of herbivore overgrazing is happening in different places worldwide, and a cull is a common solution for the problem; the kangaroo cull has been approved.
