加拿大一隻鹿的角被足球網纏繞，但鹿在拯救人員嘗試為牠解除網時逃脫了。角上仍有一團繩網的鹿顯得非常不穩定，除了發抖更翻滾掉到溪流中，明顯是因為被困造成嚴重精神壓力，最後需要安樂死。拯救人員表示，這種意外常發生在鹿、貓頭鷹等野生動物上，都會對牠們造成精神創傷，若能把網收起或捲起，就可大幅減少意外。
