海鮮含微膠粒

海洋的塑膠污染問題非常嚴重,而很多海洋生物都會誤食或被迫吸收了這些塑膠。研究發現,人類所食用的海鮮當中,軟體動物如青口、扇貝、蠔等的微膠粒含量最高,其次是蟹、蝦、龍蝦等甲殼類及魚類。

Our ocean is heavily polluted by plastic, and these plastic is eaten by marine creatures. Study found among all seafood human consumes, mollusks like mussels, scallops and oysters contain the highest level of microplastics, followed by crustaceans like crabs, shrimps and lobsters, as well as fish.
