俄羅斯早前發射了一首載有大批小動物的太空船到太空長達一個月，希望藉此了解無重力狀態對生物的影響。
可是一個月後回到地球之後，發現因為太空艙的機件故障的緣故，加上太空生活壓力，大部份的小動物都壯烈犧牲了。
雖然有少數的老鼠和蝸牛能夠安全回歸，但這不等於牠們能夠活下來。為了人類「偉大」的實驗，這些活下來的動物的下場竟然是安樂死。
這些小動物為了人類貢獻了那麼多，難道不值得讓牠們活久一點？活著就不能提取實驗資料嗎？
Russia had launched a space-shuttle full of animals into the outer-space to a month-long journey, in hopes of finding out the unknown effects zero-gravity has on lifeforms. when the shuttle returned to the earth, it was found that the majority of the animals died due to the shuttle’s system malfunction as well as the toll it takes living in space. although few animals like the mice and snails survived, they won’t live long. despite the good they did for humanity, these animal survivors were euthanised. why aren’t they allowed to live on after what they have contributed to us? must they die to complete the experiment?
